Hong Kong Restaurant

Tonight’s dinner consisted of shrimp fried rice, fried tofu, and sautéed beef. The shrimp fried rice was a satisfying throwback to when I was younger and had shrimp fried rice all the time. It was just enough salty, and even though it was a bit oily, it was delicious. The fried tofu was also pretty good. There is a shrimp inside the tofu, and it’s paired with this dipping sauce that is quite savory. Lastly, the sautéed beef is ok, but for me, it left a weird dry aftertaste in my mouth that I didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall, this convenient Asian spot is a nice place to grab classic Chinese take out.
