Tapioca Express

Tapioca Express is one of the OG boba places. They aren’t super high quality, but they’ve been there before boba became a popular trend in the US. We used to go to the Cupertino location (now known as Whatever) all the time for drinks and shaved ice! We haven’t been in a while since more opened, but the Mountain View was near the taco place yesterday, so we decided to go. We ordered the super lemon green tea. It wasn’t very well mixed because the top was really sour and the bottom was sweet. The syrup probably sank, but it wasn’t too bad. I’ve had better from places like Happy Lemon and Ten Ren though. Their other drinks aren’t bad either and they also sell traditional Taiwanese street snacks and desserts. Overall, I would recommend coming here maybe at least once.
