Happy Taco Tuesday! Today, we headed to a spot in downtown Mountain View. It wasn’t really a taco spot, so the tacos weren’t fantastic, but the enchilada was! The carne asada tacos tasted funny. The meat had a funky taste and the tortillas, lettuce, and other toppings didn’t go well with the tacos. However, their enchilada de Enjococado was great! The 100 year old family recipe dish was delicious. The sour cream based sauce paired nicely with the chicken tortilla. The rice on the side was also surprisingly good. Overall, I would recommend coming here for great food (just not the tacos), friendly servers, and a beautiful and lively atmosphere. The designs on all the chairs were different!
