Amarin

After an interesting game against Santa Clara, our very indecisive team finally decided to eat at Amarin, a Thai restaurant. The waitresses were very nice and they accommodated to our large party of 13 30 minutes before closing. We all ordered various plates including pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, and more. I would say the food was pretty average. Some people liked their food and some didn’t. I shared the Pad Thai prawn with Mikee and it wasn’t half bad. I didn’t really like it because of how thin the noodles were, but Mikee thought it was ok. Maia said her pineapple fried rice lacked flavor though. As for the drinks, some of us ordered Thai iced tea. It was too sweet for my liking because the sweetness overpowered the tea taste, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, the food here is pretty average and the prices were too, but the service was great. They usually don’t allow customers to split checks, but they let us be a special case. We were probably not the best customers they have ever served, but they were still nice, calm, and positive, which is always great when it comes to service.
