Coupa Cafe

A couple hours before a game, my mom brought me some food to replenish my energy. She brought pasta and a sandwich from Coupa cafe. Coupa is a pretty popular coffee spot for Palo Alto locals and they have various locations in downtown and Stanford campus. The pasta was pretty good. It was flavorful, but the sauce didn’t stick to the pasta well, and the cheese was clumpy. It was still a decent pasta though. The sandwich was good at the first couple bites, but soon afterwards, I got sick of it. The cheese didn’t mix well with the mustard, and the chicken was a bit dry. I think all of the food would have been better if I had eaten it when it was hot or at least warmed up though. Usually, their sandwiches are pretty good when served fresh and their coffee, although a bit pricey, is pretty fresh and rich.
