Sen Dai Sushi

For last night’s dinner, we enjoyed ourselves at Sen Dan with some delectable sushi rolls. Their rolls were unique, fresh, and served unbelievably quickly. We had their Storm Bringer, rainbow, crunch, and salmon skin rolls. The storm bringer was filled with soft shell crab and topped with avocado, yellowtail, salmon, and fresh water eel. The flavors meshed so well together, making a fantastic roll. Next, the rainbow roll was also so fresh and delicious. The fish was soft and not super fishy. The salmon skin roll was quite unique and I actually really enjoyed it! Lastly, the crunch roll had such a satisfying crunchy, especially when paired with the sweet unagi sauce and savory tempura shrimp filling. Overall, these four rolls were so filling for a party of 3, but definitely worth it. The service is also incredibly quick.
