Let’s be real here. Can you really consider yourself a Gunn student if you’ve never had a bowl of satisfying pho from “the pho place next to teaspoon”? The answer is a definite no. If you’ve never had a satisfying bowl of noodles, a plate of rice and meat, or even at the very least, some crunchy egg rolls, and you are enrolled at Gunn, consider yourself unenrolled. (Jk I don’t actually know how many people come, but most people I know have definitely come at least once, and every time I come, I see someone I know.) This is because this place offers some quick and satisfying meals at low prices. Some may argue that the quality of the food isn’t extremely high, but I would argue otherwise. I believe that the noodles are springy, the broth is rich, and the meat/veggies are fresh enough. If you’ve never been, I strongly encourage you to go, as this place offers yummy comfort food that will keep you warm on a cold windy day.
