Liang's Village

Yesterday’s lunch! Liang’s is a decent Taiwanese restaurant located in Cupertino. Their beef noodle soup has thick chewy noodles, but the broth isn’t that good. The cold noodles are pretty flavorful, but the sauce is a bit watery and doesn’t stick to the noodles well. The onion pancake is pretty average and not super outstanding. Overall, the food here is pretty good, but nothing super unique.
