Mamacitas Tacos

Happy Taco Tuesday! After some pretty intense and hopefully not devastating finals, tacos were greatly needed. Since I had to study though, my mom, again, graciously went out to buy some for me. This time, she found a cute taco truck called Mamacitas Tacos. If you take a look at the atmosphere photos, courtesy of the one and only @fu.ethan, you can see that they are nicely set up in an open parking lot. Very neat and clean, which is always nice. The tacos themselves were pretty good. I would say go for the carnitas since they had the most flavor. The pollo and carne asada ones were pretty good as well, but not as savory as the carnitas one. I heard that their al pastor was really good, but my mom didn’t know to order that, so I’ll come back another time to try them! The tortillas were corn tortillas and they tasted very fresh and were quite aromatic. The quesadilla on the other hand, was not as good. It was cool that they put cheese on the outside too, but it was kind of hard and the cheese inside wasn’t as melty as I would have liked. Overall though, this place would definitely be a go-to!
