First, notice how much nicer the photo quality is!! Last weekend for dinner, my mom, brother, and I went out to a old go-to ramen place of ours. We went here all the time when we were in elementary school, but after my mom got food poisoning from their kimchi once, we stopped going. This is our first time back in a long time, and I’d say it’s still pretty good. We got their Kuro ramen, Tonkotsu ramen, gyoza, and California roll. The Kuro ramen broth base was made with blackened garlic and their noodles are house made in a machine that is on your left hand side when you enter the restaurant. It’s pretty fun for kids to watch the machine go. Anyway, the broth has nice flavors, but I think it’s much too oily. The gyoza and California rolls were decent though. Overall, it’s a nice ramen place if you’re in the mood for some quick ramen, but just keep in mind that they only accept cash.
