Ocha Tea Cafe & Restaurant

After a not so amazing basketball game today, I was in the mood for some boba and since my mom needed to do some grocery shopping from an Asian supermarket, we headed to Ocha. We used to always come and get their peach oolong milk tea, but this time I got the osmanthus milk tea. Ocha uses real tea leaves, which is good because it creates a rich and deep flavor. In the second picture, we have their hot grass jelly. I know it looks weird, but it’s actually pretty good. People sometimes get it in their drinks, but another way of eating it is hot with different traditional toppings. I usually really like it, but this one wasn’t as good as the ones I’ve had before. Overall, Ocha is a pretty decent boba place. They also have normal Taiwanese dishes there too, which are pretty good.
