Baja Fresh

After a tiring practice, my dear friend Mikee and I grabbed some drinks from Starbucks, and headed to Baja Fresh for some quick lunch before she headed to her boyfriend’s house. Baja Fresh is known more for quick, not-so-Fresh, inauthentic, Mexican meals, so I wasn’t expecting much. We both ordered kid’s meals. I got the quesadilla, while she got the bean and cheese burrito. The quesadilla was ok, but her bean and cheese burrito was not cooked properly. The cheese was only melted in the middle, and as you can tell from her disappointed face in the 3rd picture, the burrito was far from satisfactory. The chips were crunchy, but they weren’t as high quality as some other restaurants. The rice had a funky taste, and the apples were just kind of weird. Although I had a good time with my friend, I did not have a good time eating the food.
