Three Restaurant & Bar

I promise this is the last birthday celebration post for me for the year! Last Sunday, I went out with my long time family friends for a late lunch. Located in downtown San Mateo, Three offers a variety of New American dishes, including chicken and waffles with chipotle maple syrup, coffee chili crusted steak and eggs, and more! It was a really difficult choice, but I ended up ordering chicken and waffles. I’ve always been interested in the unique mashup of chicken and waffles, and I think this place does it pretty well. The waffle was crunchy on the outside, but it paired well with the crispy and juicy fried chicken. The fish and chips were ask delicious. The fish was flaky and soft, while the fries were just your good old fashioned fries. The other dishes seemed to be pretty good as well. It was awesome to spend time with these people since I’ve known all of them basically my entire life. I’m so lucky to have celebrated my birthday with them for every single year of my life (I think), and I can’t wait for many more. Overall, I had a good time here, and this fourth and final post concludes my birthday celebration posts.
