QQQ Tea and Coffee

At QQQ Tea and Coffee in Cupertino, they offer this taro drink. It’s made from real Taro, not the powder. The first time we had it like 5 years ago, we loved it! It was thick, creamy, and filled with taro chunks. However, the next time we came back, it was loose, runny, and kind of gross. Sometimes when we are in the area, we head over there, in hopes of getting a delicious taro drink. Sometimes we are pleasantly surprised, and other times, we are heavily disappointed. They have quite an inconsistent track record with these drinks, and I’m not sure if that’s the case with other drinks, but in my opinion, they should set a ground recipe for the drink. They also offer other Taiwanese snacks and desserts here, which are pretty good too.
