Consuelo Mexican Bistro

Sorry for not posting yesterday!! I was busy making a website that will debut very soon! Anyway, last night, my mom, brother, and I went to Santana Row in search of something new to eat. We stumbled upon this classy Mexican Bistro. The food was simply amazing. The chips were super crunchy, the enchiladas were creamy, and the shrimp tacos were so juicy. The white rice with enchiladas was also so flavorful. The serving sizes were perfect because there was three of each dish on one plate. It left us feeling so full! A bonus was that every dish we had tasted super fresh!
