Perch

I'm sorry for the late post, but I couldn't think of anything till now. This is a major throwback to spring break earlier this year. This was the first time that I planned a road trip, and I had been doing a lot of research on restaurants and such. I stumbled upon Perch. It seemed so unique and cool, so although, it was hard to get a reservation, I finally did, and scheduled our trip around it. I was awfully excited about it, and as you can see, we went a bit overboard with the ordering and ordered many different plates of food, including Mac n Cheese, steak, salmon, salad, Brussels sprouts, and risotto. I can't remember exact details, but I remember that the Mac n cheese and Brussels sprouts really stood out. However, the star of the show was really the fact that this restaurant was on the top of a building! We did not eat on the very top floor (because that's the bar), but the experience of being up there and having a beautiful view of Downtown LA was fantastic. Of course, this was a fancier restaurant that's geared towards people looking for a spot for a romantic date, a business dinner, or something similar, but I, being the shameless teenager I am, walked in with my head and phone camera held high, ready to snap some insta-worthy pictures.
